Ginger beer, lime, and a splash of pineapple juice over crushed ice. Basically a tropical mule and super refreshing.

I do a faux Negroni with Lyre’s Italian Orange, a splash of grapefruit juice, and soda water. Garnish with an orange twist—it’s shockingly good.

Sparkling water + muddled strawberries + basil + a little honey. Shake and strain. It’s bright and pretty.

Cucumber, lime, mint, and tonic water. I grate the cucumber into the shaker so it really infuses.

Seedlip Grove 42 with lemon peel oil and a few drops of orange bitters. Stirred over ice, strained into a coupe. Looks and feels grown-up.

My go-to is club soda, splash of cranberry, squeeze of lime. Cheap, easy, and feels like a drink.

Zero-proof old fashioned: Ritual whiskey alternative, a few dashes of bitters, orange peel expression. Served over a big rock.

Matcha, mint simple syrup, and lemon juice over ice. It’s earthy and energizing.

Try cold brew + tonic water + lemon peel. It sounds weird but it’s addictive.

Fresh grapefruit juice, thyme simple syrup, and sparkling water. Herbaceous and zippy.

I boil hibiscus tea and reduce it with honey and cinnamon to make a syrup. Mix it with lime juice and soda—tart and floral.

Bitters & soda with a grapefruit twist is criminally underrated. It’s what I drink at weddings when I’m not drinking.

Blueberry purée, lemon juice, and a splash of ginger ale. Add thyme if you’re feeling fancy.

I love mixing coconut water with lime and a splash of pomegranate juice. It feels hydrating and luxe.
